John Ameralis was the lead sales agent for the sale of the 17 condo units we owned at 42 Maspeth Avenue in Williamsburg Brooklyn. He did an outstanding job handling this over a three-year period that began immediately after the Covid pandemic ended. As Sponsor, we developed a 53-unit condo in Williamsburg. In 2016 we sold the initial 36 units in phase one using another brokerage firm. For several reasons we held onto the remaining 17 units and rented them from 2016 until 2023. Beginning in 2021 we began selling the remaining units and parking spaces in an orderly manner as leases expired.

We selected John to assist with the sales in the final phase based on a very favorable prior experience we had with him selling other developed properties we held in Brooklyn.

John brought a complete package of skills and experience to help us successfully sell out the remaining aspects of this project. His performance did not disappoint us. His marketing research, pricing analysis, sales process management and attention to closing details made this easy and seamless for me as the sponsor. He also helped immensely as each tenant vacated, units were prepped for sale and punch list items were properly and timely addressed. His follow up to make sure each unit showed beautifully as they came to market was invaluable to me.

As the selling agent, he always made sure the sponsor’s interest was his primary focus. However, he always acted with the utmost integrity, treated each buyer and their agents respectfully and regardless of the facts always acted by doing the right thing.
